Researchers at the University of California at Irvine have been studying adult stem cell therapies
using dogs as their patients. They have been treating dogs with spinal injuries. Veterinarians

tissue in the spinal areas to stimulate neuro-regeneration of the back legs of the dogs with spinal

Jessie: The Runner Dog
Jessie is a Black Lab/Greyhound mix who is 11 years old as of Sep/2011. She is a runner!
Her favorite activity is chasing jack rabbits in the beach dunes.
After being a unbelievably active dog for 10 years she really slowed down in the winter of 2010.
She stopped driving all of us crazy by wanting to play with us and her toys after dinner.
She stopped going out at 9:30 each night to "Bark" the entire fence line to tell all the critters to
